Thursday Library Tai Chi & Qigong Class

Engage in authentic Tai Chi and Qigong. Learn the deeper internal aspects of Tai Chi to support mental well-being, improve body mechanics and power, decrease pain, and improve balance. All levels are welcome. Taught by Susan Thompson, OTR, in a fun and engaging way. No equipment needed. Improve your life. Do Tai Chi.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing for the weather and stable shoes.

Held outdoors under the tent at the Public Library at Tellico Village.

Rain or shine. A percentage of the class fee goes back to the library.
