Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong Class

Learn the power of Tai Chi and Qigong through gentle movements that improve posture, balance, and body awareness while reducing stress. No getting up or down off the floor - always moving within comfort. Join us to enhance your well-being and quality of life.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and stable shoes.

$15/person, collected day of each class

Come when you can! Just sign up by Tuesday of each week.
Class limit: 8 min., 12 max. If minimum enrollment isn’t met, we’ll notify you of any cancellation.

Held indoors at the Public Library at Tellico Village.
A percentage of the class fee goes back to the library.
